Matt Fuller is the Washington Bureau Chief for The Daily Beast. He was previously the politics editor. Prior to joining the Beast, Matt covered Congress for more than a decade at HuffPost, Roll Call, and CQ. He was the winner of the 2015 Everett McKinley Dirksen Award for Distinguished Reporting of Congress for his coverage of the rise of the House Freedom Caucus.
