Everyone should read Jack Smith’s 165-page filing against Donald Trump in the case against him for his attempted coup. There is new bombshell evidence and witness testimony from people like Trump’s Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, and his Vice President, Mike Pence, providing us with information that wasn’t previously released to the public.

Information Revealed in Jack Smith’s Court Filing Against Donald Trump

Prior to the 2020 election, Steve Bannon and Donald Trump came up with a plan: Claim there would be fraud before the election and if Trump loses, claim victory anyway. Knowing that Bannon has first-hand knowledge of these conversations, it is no surprise he chose to go to prison instead of testifying before the January 6th Committee.

After Joe Biden won the 2020 election, Donald Trump refused to accept his loss. Instead, he spread lies and misinformation about systemic fraud in the election. The attorney general at the time, Bill Barr, investigated the claims of fraud and announced at a press conference that the fraud claims were “bullshit.” Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani filed 61 court cases and in 60 of them, he lost due to “lack of evidence.”

Donald Trump called Secretaries of State, including the famous call to Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger where Trump said, “Look, I just need you to find 11,780 votes. That’s one more than we need.”

Listen to the full hour-long call between Donald Trump and Brad Raffensberger with Mark Meadows and both of their lawyers also on the line.

He then went on to create false slates of electors in the battleground States, who signed fake certificates, certifying the election for Trump, and sent them into the government. Many of those states have now charged those fake electors for their crimes.

Lawyers working for the Trump campaign have been charged in Fulton County, Georgia. Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell both pleaded guilty and cooperated with prosecutors. Jenna Ellis tearfully apologized before the judge, regretting the choice she made to lie on behalf of Donald Trump.

Rudy Giuliani assisted Trump in spreading the lies about the 2020 election. In one case, he accused election workers in Georgia of committing fraud. Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss received death threats, hateful phone calls and texts, and Trump supporters went to her home. She lost the home she lived in for decades when she had to move because of the harassment. The mother and daughter filed defamation charges against Rudy Giuliani and won $148 million. At first, Giuliani was defiant, claiming what he said was true, but has recently admitted that he lied when he accused them of fraud. He was recently disbarred in Washington D.C., already disbarred in New York.

In this most recent filing from Jack Smith, we learn that Trump said to “Make them riot,” referring to the Capitol rioters on January 6th. When he was told that his Vice President was in danger with his supporters chanting, “Hang Mike Pence!” Trump responded, “So what?”

Trump supporters crush a Capitol Police officer’s head in a doorway on January 6th. Another officer went unconscious and suffered a heart attack after he was dragged down concrete steps, beat with flag poles, and repeatedly tased on the back of the head.

Trump supporters, believing the lies of the former President, attacked the Capitol on January 6th where people died and 114 Capitol police officers were injured and maimed attempting to defend our Capitol. Hundreds of those people are now in prison, and militia members are serving 20 years for sedition, all because Donald Trump lied to them, told them not to trust the “fake news” media, and they believed Donald Trump and the hosts on Fox News.

Fox News later settled a lawsuit where they admitted to lying and were forced to retract their false claims.

Tina Peters, former Mesa County, Arizona election clerk, was just sentenced to 9 years in prison for her efforts to assist the Trump campaign by tampering with voting machines, a serious election crime.

It is very important that all Americans get to learn what has been discovered in the investigation of Donald Trump’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election by reading Jack Smith’s filing against Donald Trump prior to November, so they are aware of what he has done before deciding to put him back into the White House to destroy the Constitution and our fragile democracy.

The United States will no longer be that shining democracy on the hill and the leader of the free world, but a dictatorship whose people mourn the loss of the freedom they once had… but willingly chose to give up.
