Trump is never going to learn. Or maybe he has learned: He can do whatever he wants without consequences. Anyone else who violated gag orders as egreciously as he does would not still be out on bail. Period.
Trump is not just making a mockery of the criminal justice system, he’s destroying it by causing millions of people to have no faith in our courts or judges. He has led these people to believe every judge and AG is a partisan hack that uses political Ideology to determine who they will find guilty.
The fact that Judge Merchan issued a gag order, then had to extend it to his family after Trump blasted his daughter on social media, exposing her name and picture to his crazy supporters. The same crazy supporters who have already followed orders to attack Nancy Pelosi—and instead put Paul Pelosi in ICU after surgery to repair a fractured skull after being hit in the head with a hammer. The man who attacked him admitted to police he was at their house for Nancy Pelosi and that he had planned to break her kneecaps with the hammer if she didn’t admit to some crazy right-wing narrative. Could you imagine? At her age, she could’ve lost the ability to walk! Don Jr, had the gall to make fun of the attack right after it occurred. His father likes to bring it up at his rallies so he and his supporters can have a good laugh over it,
How disgusting is this behavior? When will something be done about Trump using stochastic terrorism? Ars we going to wait until someone is murdered? Judge Merchan should protect the witnesses and jurors for this trial, and put Trump behind bars for a few days. Especially considering some witnesses are only there because of a subpoena. Imagine how terrifying it must be knowing that if you testify against Trump, you and the lives of your family will be in danger. He is a legitimate mob boss and should be treated like one. Throw his ass in jail until trial. Bet he’d tell his lawyers to stop trying to delay the trial, then! I don’t care if there’s a logistical issue because of secret service and all of that. He shouldn’t even have secret service protection after trying to overthrow the governmentand stealing classified documents.

Stephen Gillers, a professor at New York University Law School, said Trump’s comment “brands the two witnesses as liars, which goes to the heart of what the order forbids.”
“That’s exactly what a gag order doesn’t want you to do before trial when a potential jury could be influenced,” he said.
In the Stormy Daniels Documentary on Netflix, we learn that Daniels was confronted by a guy in a parking garage who told her to keep her mouth shut and commented on her daughter saying something like ‘cute little girl. Be a shame if something happened to her mom.’
Donald Trump is a criminal who doesn’t get his hands dirty by having the people around him do the illegal stuff, promising them if they get arrested, he will pay for a lawyer and bail them out. What I can’t figure out is: Why are so many people willing to go to jail for Trump? I guess part of it is fear of retaliation. They’ve seen what he does to people who cross him.
Daniels has spoken out about harassment she’s received from the former president’s supporters, who she said were “encouraged and commended” by Trump.
In a text message Thursday, Cohen said the attacks were meant to prejudice the jury’s opinion of him.
Whatever happens here, I just hope he doesn’t get away with violating the gag order or all of his crimes just because he gets back in the White House and has the charges all dropped by his goons he’s planning to put in the DOJ. I don’t know if I could handle him not seeing any consequences for all that he has done without losing all hope for a fair society.
