When you complete the registration form on our site, that information is only used internally, and Ultimate Member does not have access to any of the data from our registration, login, password reset forms or user profiles, and we will never share or sell your data to any third parties. The website is secured by an SSL certificate purchased from a CA. We use a firewall to protect our site as well as Cloudflare, one of the most trusted security providers in use right now. Our site and database are backed up regularly and scanned for malware daily. The database that stores your account information is on a server using several layers of security to protect it.

Registered user information is stored on our server until you delete your account or send a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) form to us requesting the removal of your data. Nothing will remain after you request deletion or delete your account using the option in your account settings.

Nextend Social Login collects data when a visitor register, login or link the account with with any of the enabled social provider. It collects the following data: email address, name, social provider identifier and access token. Also it can collect profile picture and more fields with the Pro Addon's sync data feature.

We use an invisible method of detecting spam which involves adding a field to each form that is only visible to bots. Bots will fill in every field on spam form submissions, so if the hidden field contains text, we know it’s spam.
